Prices

We want to make it easy for people to book accommodation for conferences and meetings, so we offer a single all-inclusive price per participant, regardless of how many there are. Here are some prices and an explanation of what the different participant packages include.

The participant packages are all-inclusive, covering the venue, facilities and refreshments. A full-day package gives you access to the venue throughout the day. For a half day, you can choose either the morning from 08.00 to 12.00, or the afternoon from 13.00 to 17.00. If your meeting runs over the specified time, you will be charged the price for a full day.

Mineral water, fruit and confectionery are always available at the venue. The equipment varies depending on which room you hire. The standard technical equipment consists of an AV projector and fixed or wireless broadband. 

Full-day participant package: SEK 695.00 excluding VAT
We have a new coffee bar! - This means that, as a conference guest, you can take advantage of our extensive snack buffet of sandwiches, cakes, fresh fruit, cheese and biscuits. At the bar we will be happy to serve you a latte, espresso, cappuccino or any other drink to order. The coffee bar is open from 8:30 to 10:00 in the morning and from 14:00 to 15:30 in the afternoon.

There is a wide range on offer and, as a conference guest, you may of course take your coffee into the conference room too!

If you prefer your coffee to be served in the" traditional" style from a coffee trolley in the room, this is of course also possible.

For lunch we offer a starter of a salad buffet, with appetisers such as cold meats, smoked salmon, seafood salad, herring, homemade bread and more. As a main course you can choose a meat, fish or vegetarian dish which will be served at the table. After the main course, you can enjoy a dessert buffet along with coffee. As an afternoon snack we serve coffee and homemade cake along with appetisers. For those who prefer a lighter option, a fruit salad is available.

Morning half-day participant package: SEK 595.00 excluding VAT.
This package includes everything that is offered in a full-day package apart from afternoon coffee. Once your meeting has finished, lunch will be served in our dining room.

Afternoon half-day participant package: SEK 595.00 excluding VAT.

Full-day participant package and accommodation with three-course dinner, excluding drinks: from SEK 1995.00 excluding VAT.
In addition to the "Full-day participant package", more details of which can be found above, we also provide a three-course à la carte dinner, excluding drinks, together with overnight accommodation and breakfast.
