Landvetter Airport is situated adjacent to Motorway 40 between Gothenburg (25 km) and Borås (40 km).

If you're arriving from Oslo, Malmö, Karlstad or Stockholm, simply follow the road signs with the airport symbol when approaching Gothenburg.

The motorway runs all the way to the airport from both Gothenburg and Borås. You leave the motorway at the Airport junction. Landvetter Airport Hotel is just 200 meters from the terminal building on the left side.

In some ways Landvetter Airport Hotel is exactly what its name suggests – a hotel just 200 metres from the airport. But what the name doesn’t say is that it is also a comfortable full-service hotel with a pleasant restaurant, bar and bistro.

Our lobby is a natural meeting-place for pilots from near and far, tourists heading out into the world and business travellers who need to meet. We are proud of our close proximity to the airport – and the contrast we have created to the stress and noise of the airport.

The hotel is privately owned and was built in 1987, with extensions in 1998, 2002 and 2008. The hotel has 134 rooms, 1 suite and a family room. We also have 12 conference and meeting rooms, which has made the hotel a popular meeting-place for conferences.
